House Cleaner

About the role

Housekeeping helps families who don't have time to clean their own homes. With a career in house cleaning, you will bring them joy and relief, and reward yourself in the process. You'll receive training and have an opportunity to advance, with flexibility in your schedule and control over how much money you get paid each week.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards – follow our process and you'll delight every customer (tips included!)
• Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – make them feel you care about their home
• Maintain equipment – take care of basic cleaning equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies
• Be a great team worker
• If you're a Team Lead (driving our car): manage the team's schedule and drive safely – responsible for driving the team to customer homes and arriving on time to appointments

Pay & Benefits

• Earn $12.50 to $22.00 an hour depending on experience, quality of work, and speed as a professional house cleaner
• Weekly pay with direct deposit

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. No nights, no weekends, no holidays. Stable and consistent working schedule.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Complete a background check
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
• Have a valid US driver's license
• Must be able to communicate with clients (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
