Job Summary

The House Attendant Specialist – Full Time supports both daily housekeeping operations and specialized cleaning projects across the property. This role ensures all areas of the resort meet ultra-premium cleanliness standards.

Job Specifications

• Onsite: Black Desert Resort
• Shift & Schedule: Year-Round / Full-Time
• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Support housekeeping operations by restocking supplies, linen, and amenities throughout the property.
• Aid guests and team members with requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform deep-cleaning projects including carpet cleaning, tile and floor care, and detailed surface cleaning.
• Clean and maintain furniture, upholstery, and high-touch surfaces.
• Operate specialized equipment such as carpet extractors, floor machines, and power washers.
• Clean windows and glass surfaces, ensuring a polished and streak-free finish.
• Maintain outdoor areas including pool decks, walkways, patios, and entryways.
• Follow all safety procedures related to chemicals, equipment, and cleaning practices.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs.
• Adapt to a flexible schedule based on project needs, including early morning start times.
• Support additional housekeeping duties to maintain overall cleanliness standards.
• Uphold Black Desert Resort’s ultra-premium cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience: Housekeeping, janitorial, or facilities maintenance preferred.
• Experience: Floor care equipment, carpet cleaning, or power washing is a plus.
• Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Work ethic: Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Safety: Ability to follow safety guidelines and proper chemical handling procedures.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varying schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
