About the Role

We are The Kades Corporation, one of the largest McDonald’s Franchises in the United States, with 38 restaurants in the Beaumont and Houston areas. We’re seeking experienced and driven leaders at the shift manager level who are ready to grow their careers. McDonald’s experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and quality control
• Customer service

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading a team
• Previous management experience
• Customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints professionally
• Excellent organizational skills
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
