Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Lead shifts every week
- Makes sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
- Plan for each shift
- Monitor performance during the shift
- Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
- Meet targets during their shifts
- Help assigned Departments meet their goals
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
- Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards are met, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager
- May be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals
