Hourly Shift Manager

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Lead shifts every week
• Makes sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Plan for each shift
• Monitor performance during the shift
• Take action to ensure the team meets McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift
• Meet targets during their shifts
• Help assigned Departments meet their goals

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
• Ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers
• Perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to ensure standards are met, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager
• May be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping assigned Departments meet their goals
