Hourly Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during the shift
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
