Hourly Sanitation Associate

Essential Functions

• Affirms compliance with safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures at HBH Ecommerce.
• Safeguards and validates sanitation records, documents, and reports.
• Maintains a structured, orderly chemical storage and sanitation supply area.
• Designates work assignments to staff and completes tasks in a timely and organized manner.
• Participates in ongoing training programs for chemical handling, awareness, safety, and sanitation.
• Provides feedback to the management team on necessary changes for manufacturing needs and the cleaning schedule.
• Assists with troubleshooting, developing process improvements, and managing corrective actions.
• Works a flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends and occasional after-hours work.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sanitation and/or production experience within a manufacturing environment.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Self-direction, minimal supervision, and ability to provide frontline leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork and ability to work effectively with others.
• Ability to work multiple shifts, including 3rd shift.

Pay

The starting pay rate for this role is $19/hour.

Schedule

Flexible full-time schedule that includes weekends and occasional after-hours work.
