About the role

We are seeking future managers to oversee all aspects of their shift. This includes leading the team, ensuring safety, training, and culture, and being accountable for everything that happens within their shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of your shift
• Lead by example
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team
• Accountable for everything that happens within your shift including People, Operations, Sales, or Profits
• Follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew

Requirements

• Great positive attitude

• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people
• 18+ years of age
• Good driving record
• Ability to use Outlook / Email services
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good background check
• Eligible to work in the US
• Currently residing near store location

Pay

This is a part-time, hourly position.

Schedule

• Night shifts start between 3-5pm and end an hour after close, around 1am
• Day shifts start at 9am and end between 3pm and 7pm
• You choose your shifts
