About the role
Home Health Aide (HHA) providing in-home care to clients.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living, grooming, bathing, and toileting.
- Performing light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, and home management tasks.
- Supporting mobility, transfers, and exercises; using mechanical lifting devices if needed.
- Monitoring vital signs and assisting with medication management.
- Providing oral feeding and helping with ambulation.
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care, ensuring client safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of work experience or newly certified HHAs welcomed.
- Valid, in-good-standing HHA license; reliable transportation; ability to communicate in English.
- Authorized to work in the US; training courses available for new or unlicensed applicants.
