Applicants will normally need to hold a full driving licence, have their own transport and have the right to work in the UK. All successful candidates, will complete our comprehensive induction training course. The induction training is just the start of your journey with Blue Ribbon – when you get out and about into the community helping people live independently is when our Care Workers tell us they get the most out of their training, support and guidance. Providing friendly company and emotional support Assisting with bathing, dressing and, when necessary, continence support Support with administering as and when the person needs it Help with preparing and cooking nutritious meals Keeping on top of the washing and dusting for a clean and tidy home Assisting with tasks such as shopping or picking up prescriptions Offering the person an arm to lean on around the house Undergoing additional training for more complex care needs Feeding, walking and looking after the beloved pet Please find all of our current hourly visiting home care vacancies displayed below.
