Role And Responsibilities

  • Reviewing Hotline complaints received from various sources to determine whether specific allegations involve fraud, waste, criminal violations, or other misconduct.
  • Aiding in research on database trends designed to develop leads of potential fraud, waste, and misconduct.
  • Researching and evaluating basic facts, laws, and precedents concerning potential fraud, waste, and misconduct.
  • Notating trends and advising the supervisor of the same.
  • Aiding in the maintenance of the tracking system, the development of written reports, and the preparation of memoranda/letters.
  • Virtual Front Office coverage during hours at the discretion of management.
  • Preparing reports and presentations in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of various methods and techniques for investigating, analyzing, and effecting action on complex problems.
  • Knowledge of CISCO call center software or related software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and similar software, including sorting, manipulating, and merging data in excel in order to prepare graphs and presentations.
