Role And Responsibilities
- Reviewing Hotline complaints received from various sources to determine whether specific allegations involve fraud, waste, criminal violations, or other misconduct.
- Aiding in research on database trends designed to develop leads of potential fraud, waste, and misconduct.
- Researching and evaluating basic facts, laws, and precedents concerning potential fraud, waste, and misconduct.
- Notating trends and advising the supervisor of the same.
- Aiding in the maintenance of the tracking system, the development of written reports, and the preparation of memoranda/letters.
- Virtual Front Office coverage during hours at the discretion of management.
- Preparing reports and presentations in Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge of various methods and techniques for investigating, analyzing, and effecting action on complex problems.
- Knowledge of CISCO call center software or related software.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and similar software, including sorting, manipulating, and merging data in excel in order to prepare graphs and presentations.
