About Our Property

Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center - Benchmark Hospitality is a high-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public, it features 1,400 hotel rooms, all single occupancy, no suites. The property also includes nine restaurants and lounges, including a Starbucks and Seattle's Best Coffee, and three sit-down restaurants. Additionally, there are 200,000 square feet of meeting space, a fitness center, jogging trails, and sports fields available for associate use. The property is located in Westlake, Texas, near Keller, Southlake, and Roanoke.

Responsibilities

The Purchasing Receiver is responsible for receiving all food, beverage, and other related products. Essential functions include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying all food, beverage, and other related products
• Signing invoices with proper signature and coding invoices
• Logging liquor invoices into perpetual log
• Communicating shorts on invoices
• Verifying that food and beverage deliveries meet specifications and quality levels
• Delivering products to offices, storerooms, and kitchens
• Maintaining sanitation in the Food and Beverage storage area

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with experience in Purchasing or Food & Beverage, although it is preferred. A Texas Driver’s License with a good driving record is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality and enjoy interacting with people.

Pay

The pay rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, available Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required.
