Hotel Security Officer - 2nd Shift - Full Time

As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests, colleagues, and visitors. Your presence will support the overall guest experience through proactive safety measures, conflict resolution, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel premises via patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security
• Respond quickly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
• Assist with crowd control, lost and found, and access control
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and daily activities
• Provide excellent service and support to guests and colleagues in a courteous and helpful manner
• Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a calm and respectful demeanor
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary
• Assist with fire drills, evacuation procedures, and first aid as needed

Qualifications

• Availability on 2nd/Swing Shift (typical shift is 3PM-11:30PM)
• A resume must be provided to be considered for this position
• Proficient in basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in security preferred
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus
• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
