About the Role

Join Shamin Hotels as a Hotel Room Attendant in the Downtown Richmond area. Be part of a fun, close-knit team that transforms guest rooms into clean, comfortable retreats. This part-time role offers the possibility of transitioning to full-time based on performance, business needs, and availability. Work across three downtown hotels: Moxy Richmond Downtown, Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites by Hilton Richmond Downtown, and Holiday Inn Express Richmond Downtown.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and prepare fresh, welcoming guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, replenish supplies, and replace linens.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and keep assigned areas looking their best.
• Work in laundry as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens and towels.
• Report maintenance needs and follow cleaning and safety procedures.
• Greet guests warmly and lend teammates a helping hand.

Qualifications
