About the role
The Hampton Inn Farmington is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant to join their team. Located in the heart of Farmington Valley, the hotel offers 124 comfortable and clean rooms, situated near the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail, Lake Compounce, and various wineries and ski areas.
Responsibilities
- Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
- This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
- Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
- Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
- Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Able to work on feet for extended periods.
- Navigate a cart weighing up to 100 lbs., and lift, carry up to 25 lbs.
Qualifications
