Hotel Revenue Coordinator

About the role

The Revenue Coordinator supports the Director of Hotel Operations in optimizing the financial performance of the operation through tracking, forecasting, pricing, inventory management, distribution, and internal communication. This role also requires delivering professional, personalized guest service aligned with the Company’s core values (Kindness, Engagement, Empathy, and Positivity).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing pricing and optimization strategies and oversee all distribution channels to maximize hotel room revenue.
• Build and maintain Revenue Reports, Holiday Report, FODR, and other reports to ensure maximum yield.
• Oversee Nor1, a revenue maximization program, including advance upgrades, front desk upsells, and other key initiatives to lift ADR on booked reservations.
• Monitor room inventory daily and set restrictions (minimum/maximum length of stay, closed to arrival, limited inventory) to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain current knowledge of room rates, packages, specials, and other hotel/casino information, ensuring accuracy and communicating updates to reservations staff.
• Collaborate with the reservation call center to evaluate sales and pricing strategies based on conversion ratios and consumer monitoring.
• Work with the Casino team to plan special promotions and events, ensuring accurate room blocks.
• Monitor and track promotional yields where possible.
• Prepare weekly pace reports by compiling data from multiple reports into an approved format.
• Maintain logs of trends, events, citywide and in-house conventions, and other factors affecting hotel occupancy.
• Update and analyze calendars daily for yield opportunities.
• Monitor OTA allotments, adjusting as necessary.
• Run and analyze competitor pricing reports to check parity across channels and use as a yielding tool.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports for Executives as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to manage employees, including training and coaching, with a track record of developing motivated teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, administrative, multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with fluency in English.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently, and cohesively while producing quality results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
• Minimum age requirement: 21.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years of relevant experience.

Physical Demands

• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to express or exchange ideas verbally and perceive sound by ear.
• Ability to regularly move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry) up to 50 pounds.
• Constant walking up to distances of 500 ft. during shift.
• Frequent stooping and reaching.

Work Environment

• Indoor, climate-controlled environment with occasional hot and cold temperature changes.
• Regular exposure to a smoke-filled environment.
• Work in close spaces with others.
• Moderate to high noise levels.
• Walking/standing on tile, mats, carpet, or cement surfaces.

Pay

USD $20.00 per hour. This is a non-tipped position.
