About the role
Greets and assists with guest arrivals and departures by greeting, parking, and retrieving guests' vehicles while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws, gaming regulations, and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
- Maintain the highest standards of guest services by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns.
- Greet arriving and departing customers, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
- Keep the front drive area and parking areas clean and orderly to maximize space usage.
- Direct motorists to parking areas or spaces using hand signals or flashlights.
- Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage, theft, or property theft.
- Take numbered tags from customers, locate vehicles, and deliver them or provide instructions for locating vehicles.
- Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas.
- Assist with luggage as needed.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the hotel layout to provide directions to all areas, including the pool.
- Supply guests with information to enhance their stay, including local area recommendations for restaurants, points of interest, or transportation needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, questions, or problem resolution.
- Utilize a parking application to inventory, track, and count guest vehicles.
- Work varying shifts to support business needs.
- Ensure security for the hotel’s customers, employees, and property assets.
- Maintain a clean and tidy appearance and work area.
- Assist in departmental training efforts.
- Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
- Manage and maintain the security of confidential information.
- Attend and complete all required training as assigned.
- Monitor compliance with Federal currency transaction reporting requirements, Title 31 requirements, IRS Currency Transaction Reports, and property-established Anti-Money Laundering policies.
- Maintain accurate MTL, MIL, CTR, and SAR records as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme cold, heat, and rainy weather.
- Ability to physically run back and forth from the building to the garage (approximately one block distance).
- Strong communication skills in English (written and oral). Spanish or other language skills are a plus.
- Qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and Native American preference observed.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to stand, sit, walk, push, pull, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to concentrate for prolonged periods.
- Requires close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in person or using telecommunications equipment.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to operate a keyboard, touch-screen display, telephone, and calculator.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
Work Environment
- Normal office setting and casino floor.
- Frequent walking and standing in a smoke-filled environment with regular contact with the general public.
- Temperature-controlled environment with varying noise levels; may be exposed to high noise levels throughout the day.
- Extended hours and irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must perform under pressure and work long hours under stressful conditions.
- May be exposed to risks when resolving issues with difficult guests or irate staff members.
- May be exposed to various types of lighting, including artificial fluorescent lights, flashing lights, strobe lights, and multiple colored lights.
- Travel may be required to perform essential functions of the position.
Conditions of Employment
- Must obtain and retain a KTTT Gaming Commission License, including successful completion of a background check.
- Must keep all documents current and valid at all times.
- Must provide authorization to work in the United States.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have access to reliable transportation for commuting to and from work.
- Must comply with KLEC handbook, internal policies and procedures, and gaming regulations.
- Must participate in the tip reporting program.
