About the role

In this role, you will work at the front desk, perform daily closing procedures, and handle accounting functions. Your main priority will be providing exceptional guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Work at the front desk during overnight shifts
• Perform daily closing procedures
• Handle accounting functions (training provided for M3 Accounting)
• Provide exceptional service to guests and ensure their satisfaction

Requirements

• Basic computer navigation skills
• Basic understanding of math
• Hotel experience preferred but not required
• M3 Accounting knowledge a plus but not required
