Hotel Maintenance Engineer - Nights and Weekends Required

What You Will Be Doing

• Respond to all service calls within half hour from the time the call is received.
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take immediate necessary corrective action if guest‑related/top priority, or schedule completion within 2 days; record actions on the departmental work order form.
• Follow specific departmental procedures in efficiently performing repair, maintenance, alteration, and installation work.
• Comply with the latest local, county, state, and federal governmental codes, laws, and requirements.
• Coordinate with other department personnel such as electricians, carpenters, painters, and night engineers in completing service, replacement, alteration, and new installation work.
