Hotel Maintenance Engineer

About the role

We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems and equipment
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of guest rooms and common areas
• Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
