About the role
You will be responsible for supervising the property's complete maintenance and routine processes to make it fully functional, enjoyable, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all maintenance tasks to ensure the property is clean, safe, and operational.
- Oversee the cleaning and repair of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain a seamless operation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some college education preferred.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of computer software for maintenance management.
