Hotel Maintenance Engineer

About the role

Our hotel maintenance staff perform a wide range of essential tasks, helping to ensure the smooth operations that result in happy customers and Enhancing Lives.

Responsibilities

• Routine preventive maintenance including changing HVAC filters, lubricating kitchen equipment, and regular boiler maintenance
• Schedule regular inspections of electrical equipment and/or elevators as required by state and local law
• Work with vendors to replace old and install new equipment of all kinds
• Make minor mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and construction-related repairs throughout the premises
• Refer to blueprints, diagrams, and manuals in making repairs
• Arrange for pick up or delivery of necessary parts and supplies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Plumbing, painting, electrical, and sheetrock knowledge essential
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in maintenance work preferred but not required
