Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and diagnose and repair various requests.
• Perform quarterly preventative maintenance in each guest room, major mechanical inspections, and repairs.
• Maintain other equipment.
• General upkeep of the exterior of the building.
• Administer the hotel's risk management program.
• Monitor outside contractors and their associates.
• Ensure guest security and safety by being a critical part of providing a safe and secure environment for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or related field.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems.
• Knowledge of hotel equipment and systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for guest satisfaction and safety.
