As an Engineer I you will be responsible for keeping all building and equipment in good repair, minimizing down time by providing day-to-day maintenance and performing preventative maintenance of the hotel. Responsibilities

• Perform daily shift reports including documenting all calls in the Engineer¿s log, monitoring and closing out calls through Marriott GXP system.
• Adhere to all OSHA standards and procedures.
• Maintain building interior and exterior.
• Foster excellent guest/associate rapport by promptly addressing requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all FF&E.
• Assist in cost control: Heat, Power, Light,
