Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Residence Inn Exton, contributing to the overall success of the hotel and the Highgate brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage guest relations, including resolving complaints and providing exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and its services.
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel’s facilities.
• Work closely with the finance department to manage budgets and financial performance.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with revenue management systems.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and regulatory requirements.
