About the role

We're seeking a part-time Maintenance team member to support the upkeep of our Rome, GA site. This role ensures the building is safe, functional, and prepared for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Routine building maintenance including plumbing, basic electrical, and carpentry
• Painting and drywall repair
• Basic HVAC preventative maintenance
• Troubleshooting issues
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Following established safety protocols
• Handling materials up to 50 lbs

Required Qualifications/skills

• Basic building maintenance experience or training (plumbing/electrical/carpentry)
• Painting and drywall repair skills
• HVAC preventative maintenance basics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Safe tool use and consistent adherence to safety procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
