Hotel Laundry Attendant

About the role

Do you take pride in providing a clean and sanitary experience for hotel guests? You might be a great fit to join our team! We're hiring a reliable and enthusiastic laundry attendant who is comfortable talking with guests and will make them feel at ease.

Responsibilities

• Perform washing, stocking, and folding of linens.
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to the general manager.
• Inspect linens for stains and treat them appropriately.
• Load laundry into washers and add specified cleaning agents according to directions.
• Remove clothes and linens after washing and dry them following manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Verify that all laundry equipment is in good working order and alert the facilities manager of any repair needs.

Qualifications

• Ability to consistently lift 20 pounds or more.
• 1+ years of experience as a laundry attendant, housekeeper, or similar position.
• Experience with commercial laundry products.
• Strong work ethic with exemplary organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Personable, organized, and enjoys working as part of a team.

Pay

$13 – $15 hourly
