About the role

The Town Pump Hotel Group is seeking a motivated and outgoing Hotel Laundry Attendant to join their team. The position embodies the company's mission statement of "Genuine Hospitality from genuine people committed to providing comfort and service."

Responsibilities

• Collect, sort, clean, fold, and re-stock terry and linen
• Ensure the best possible experience for each guest according to Town Pump and brand operational standards
• Complete all required company and brand-specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner
• Wear uniform and nametag always while on shift
• Follow Town Pump’s grooming and appearance guidelines
• Ensure all linen inventory is accounted for and in good condition
• Practice safe working conditions under Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include Bloodborne pathogens
• Maintain a clean, organized laundry room within Town Pump operational standards
• Comply with Town Pump expectations for confidentiality of guest and company information
• May be required to perform other duties as needed such as housekeeping, cleaning the lobby, assisting in inventories, cleaning guest rooms, and public areas, assisting with breakfast service, etc.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in hotel laundry operations is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic laundry equipment operation and maintenance

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can vary based on the needs of the hotel and the individual's availability.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
