Hotel Housekeeping - Room Attendant

CUSA, LLC, a leading hotel management company, seeks a Rooms Attendant for the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott in Sulphur, LA. We believe in delivering exceptional guest service and recognize our associates as our greatest asset.

Responsibilities

- Clean guest rooms and suites in accordance with Marriott standards. - Work collaboratively with a team of room attendants and other hotel staff to provide excellent guest service. - Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use. - Maintain guest security and safety by following hotel policies. - Communicate with guests, answer their questions, and offer recommendations about the local area.

Requirements

- Ability to lift and move heavy items. - Valid driver’s license (if applicable). - Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills. - Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. - High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. - Knowledge of hotel operations and safety protocols.
