Hotel Housekeeping - Room Attendant

About the role

CUSA, LLC is seeking a Rooms Attendant for the Holiday Inn Express Woodstock. This position plays a key role in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and exceptional guest service throughout the hotel. You will work alongside room attendants and other staff to ensure all areas are clean and safe for guest use, including occasional guest room cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety in all hotel areas, including guest rooms when required
• Provide excellent guest service and address guest questions about the hotel or local area recommendations
• Uphold guest security and safety as a top priority
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and IHG cleanliness standards
• Collaborate with room attendants and other hotel staff
