Hotel Housekeeper (3 - 11:30 P.M.) - Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
- Ensures rooms have clean linen, bedding, and towels
- Understands and follows all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
- Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, service hours of operation, and surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
- Ensures rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
- Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Knowledge of cleanliness standards
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Team player
- Ability to exceed expectations of guests
