Your Role as General Manager

As the face of the hotel, you’ll oversee every aspect of operations and ensure our guests experience the warm, consistent service that Hilton is known for. You’ll lead and inspire your team, manage budgets and revenue goals, and maintain brand standards to drive guest satisfaction and financial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Breakfast
  • Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team focused on guest service
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction scores and Hilton brand standards
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability
  • Manage financial performance, budgets, payroll, and cost controls
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all legal and operational standards
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Build strong relationships with guests, team members, vendors, and the local community

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous Hilton PEP Operating System experience (REQUIRED)
  • Proven leadership experience in a hotel supervisory or GM role
  • Minimum 3 years of hotel management experience (Hilton brand preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Expertise in budgeting, revenue management, and financial reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
  • Tech-savvy and experienced with hotel management software
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
