About the role

Welcome guests, manage account information, and ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional stay.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage guest accounts, including reservations, payments, and billing
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and provide recommendations for local attractions
  • Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of public areas

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Pay
