About the role
Welcome guests, manage account information, and ensure guests have everything they need for an exceptional stay.Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage guest accounts, including reservations, payments, and billing
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction and provide recommendations for local attractions
- Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of public areas
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
