Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments
• Answer any general inquiries to ensure guests have an excellent stay

Requirements

• Positive and professional demeanor
• Bright communication skills
• A strong work ethic
• A commitment to guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
