About the role
The Hotel Front Desk Office Manager is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints
- Process reservations and cancellations
- Manage room inventory and availability
- Handle cash transactions and maintain financial records
- Assist with housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Knowledge of hotel operations and policies
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable)
