About the role
You’ll welcome guests, manage accounts, answer inquiries and field complaints to ensure we deliver an excellent experience to every guest. You will bring excellent communication skills and a passion for putting our guests first.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage accounts, including processing payments and handling reservations
- Answer inquiries and field complaints professionally
- Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service
- Handle housekeeping requests and maintenance issues
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of local area attractions and transportation options
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
