Hotel Coordinator Assistant
The Hotel Coordinator Assistant position within our ALE Solutions division is located in St. Charles, IL. This hybrid role assists in Hotel Department Operations and customers' rental needs. Reporting to the Hotel Operations Supervisor, previous hospitality industry experience is encouraged, and office experience is preferred.
About the role
This position involves answering calls, booking hotels and rentals, confirming information, and maintaining files. Tasks include data entry, faxing documents, and communicating with insured families and hotel coordinators.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls and resolving hotel-related issues
- Contacting insured families to confirm booking details
- Securing reservations and booking rentals
- Data entry and updating files
- Communicating with hotel coordinators and insured families
- Maintaining and extending files
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hospitality industry experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships

- ACT program experience (a plus)

Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $18-20, based on the candidate’s work location. Final offers will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions.
