About the role

Full-Time and Part-Time openings are available. Rolling Hills Hospitality is looking for a Bartender at Moxy Cincinnati Downtown. At Bar Moxy and The Chase Rooftop Bar, you’ll help set the mood with a warm welcome, a well-made drink, and conversation that makes guests feel at home. Whether someone is visiting Cincinnati or meeting friends for the evening, you’ll help make their time at the bar memorable. You’ll mix classic cocktails and house specialties, recommend beer and wine, and keep orders and tabs running smoothly. Behind the bar, you’ll stay stocked, organized, and attentive to responsible service. When things get busy, you’ll communicate with teammates, notice what guests need, and follow through without losing your friendly approach. Responsibilities

• Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
• Purchase needed bar supplies, stock and track all wine, liquor, and beer stocks, and have a full supply of glassware on hand, notifying management of any supply issues or shortages
• Check customers age by verifying identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages to patrons per federal, state, local, and company laws and regulations
• Ensure that all customer checks and tabs are paid as well as record daily sales total and enter into point of sale system
• Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks

Qualifications

• Prior food service industry experience is highly desired
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
• Must have a strong focus on putting the patron first with exceptional customer service experience

Pay

$5.25 hourly +Tips
