Hotel Assistant General Manager

About the role

We're searching for an experienced assistant general manager to help our general manager at the Grand Naniloa Hotel Hilo, a DoubleTree by Hilton, plan and oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations. When the general manager is unavailable, you will supervise personnel, deal with client problems, and ensure that our customers enjoy a 5-star experience.

This position requires relocation to Hilo, HI.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day hotel operations
• Supervise personnel in the absence of the general manager
• Address and resolve client problems
• Ensure adherence to hotel budget and quality standards
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards

Requirements

• Experience with Hilton hotels
• Leadership experience in rooms and front office operations
• Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service

Pay

$110,000 - $120,000 yearly
