About the role

Under the supervision of the store manager, you play a key role in customer satisfaction by being available and attentive. You contribute to customer loyalty by welcoming clients at the checkout, and you help ensure a smooth, positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they reach the checkout and contribute to their loyalty.
• Register purchases and process transactions in accordance with procedures to ensure smooth checkout operations.
• Maintain your checkout area in good condition with the goal of improving the overall customer experience.

Profile

• No diploma required (Non diplômé).
• Experience level: Débutant (beginner-friendly).
• Dynamique and enthousiaste, with a strong sense of customer contact.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and proximity with customers, offering advice and added value.
• Willingness to get involved and grow within a passionate team that recognizes talent.
