Hot Plant Foreman

Fann Contracting, Inc. — a leading heavy civil construction company based in Prescott, AZ — is seeking an experienced Mobile Hot Asphalt Plant/Production Foreman to join our team! Hands-on foreman position responsible for day-to-day mobile hot asphalt plant operations and production. This role leads plant laborers, equipment operators, and mechanics and requires being in the plant—not behind a desk. Strong leadership, safety focus, and quick decision-making are essential. Works directly with paving crews, trucking subcontractors, QC, material suppliers, and maintenance to keep production safe and on schedule. Company truck, cell phone, and iPad/laptop provided.
