Responsibilities

• Answer phones throughout the shift and direct calls to appropriate personnel as necessary
• Greet and seat guests while maintaining a balanced rotation between servers
• Provide clear and prompt communication, both face-to-face and over the phone
• Accommodate all guests’ requests eagerly and happily
• Assess, be aware of, and understand waitlist management as needed
• Perform additional opening and closing side work, including cleaning, stocking, and setting up the host stand for the next shift

Requirements

• Previous restaurant/host experience preferred
• Able to multi-task
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
