Responsibilities
- Make people happy first and foremost; put smiles on people’s faces and prioritize this responsibility.
- Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
- Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
- Keep seating chart organized and follow rotation as you seat the dining room.
- Contribute to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
- Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.
Skills
- Ability to work with a team and actively engage with other team members to achieve a common goal.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment.
