Host Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with immediate warmth and ensure guests are seated and receive attentive service
• Comfortably manage the flow of the dining room, help guests with reservations and maintain a waitlist of patrons during busy hours
• Demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, a positive attitude and have exceptional communication skills
• Perform station opening, closing and side work duties for each shift and always check out with the manager on duty
• Understand and embody the Bottega Louie lifestyle, mission and brand

Pay

• $25.00 - $30.00/hour including tips (based on recent average sales data and depending on volume and performance)
• $18.00 - $20.00 of hourly compensation + $7.00 - $10.00 of tips (based on recent average top 25% of sales data)
• Tip pool participation subject to California Labor Code & Fair Labor & Standards Act
• 48 Hours Paid Sick Leave per year pursuant to Company Policy and State of California

Schedule

Full-time professionals available to work 40 hours per week, able to lift 35 lbs and stand and move for extended periods of time.
