Position Overview

Kampers Rooftop Bar is seeking an upbeat, polished, and hospitality-driven Server to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging, and attentive service to all guests
• Guide guests through food and beverage offerings with confidence and enthusiasm
• Maintain strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and seasonal menu items
• Maintain a clean, organized section and uphold all sanitation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism and warmth
• Contribute to the upbeat, social atmosphere of the rooftop environment

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale bar/restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage fundamentals
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Excellent communication skills and a guest-focused mindset
• Positive attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
