About the role

Positively represent High West and its values in a hospitality-focused restaurant environment in Park City, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers
• Coordinate wait lists and reservations
• Provide professional and accurate information to guests and coworkers
• Maintain front entrance cleanliness
• Organize menus
• Assist servers as needed
• Act as a liaison between the kitchen and service staff
• Help with event set-up and flow, as needed
• Organize coat check

Requirements

• One to two years of experience in a restaurant environment, preferably in a host position
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed (flexible schedule required)
• Effective communication skills
• Commitment to deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods
• Lifting may be required
