About the role
We are hiring Hosts/Hostesses for full- and part-time positions during breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts. This front-of-house role focuses on guest seating, greeting, reception, and reservations while providing great customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Handle high-volume periods with strong multitasking abilities
- Maintain knowledge of front-of-house operations and hospitality standards
- Use proper phone etiquette for guest inquiries and reservations
Qualifications
- Prior Host/Hostess experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong greeting and guest-relations abilities
- Familiarity with serving basics and hospitality standards
- Ability to multitask and manage reservations during peak hours
Pay
You will be paid a tip credit wage plus tips. Advertised pay is an expected take-home based on current averages.
