About the role
The Server Assistants (Hosts) at Ted’s Montana Grill are vital and valued members of our team. They are responsible for creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and delivering the “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a remarkable only-at-Ted’s experience for our Guests.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for guests
- Ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction
- Handle reservations and table assignments
- Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience
- Manage guest expectations and resolve issues promptly
