Server Assistants (Hosts) at Ted’s Montana Grill are vital, valued members of the team who deliver “Big Sky Moments” to ensure a great guest experience each time. They help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, providing a remarkable only‑at‑Ted’s experience for guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver “Big Sky Moments” and ensure a great guest experience.
• Create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.
• Assist in maintaining a scratch‑kitchen environment with no microwaves.
• Support a premium, polished, professional, and cool service culture.

Requirements

• Full‑service restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to get along well with people.

Pay

Tipped Minimum Wage plus tips, averaging $17‑$20 per hour.
