About the Role
At Ted's Montana Grill, Server Assistants (Hosts) are vital and valued members of our team, delivering "Big Sky Moments" to ensure a great guest experience every time. You'll help create an atmosphere of genuine hospitality, providing a remarkable, only-at-Ted's experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring guests receive a warm and memorable experience
- Create an atmosphere that aligns with our "Big Sky Spirit" cultural compass
- Support servers and other team members in providing a seamless dining experience
Requirements
- Full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to get along great with people
Qualifications
While we prefer full-service restaurant experience, we're also looking for individuals who embody our 3 PC values: Premium, Polished, Professional, and Cool.

Pay
Tipped Minimum Wage Plus Tips; Averaging $12-$15/hr
